Well, the painting is finally finished. YIPEE SKIPEE!!!!! It has been 3 weeks worth of project after project, and we are officially done. We also got a couch...WoooHoooo :o) Well, we kinda have a couch- It's paid for but we don't get it until December. Merry Christmas to us!!!!! I would post pics of our newly repainted living room, but not yet :o)
Also, I have been getting so excited for Christmas the past few days. But I have very strict rules about actually celebrating Christmas--- NO CHRISTMAS UNTIL THANKSGIVING IS OVER--- I love the build up and the anticipation of the Christmas season, but it's just not right to get out the tree,the music, stockings, and all the super yummy Christmas treats until after the gobble-gobble is safely tucked away in my tummy!! One disclaimer-- It is totally acceptable to buy Christmas presents day 1 of the new year. Nothing like being prepared so the holiday season is stress free and enjoyable!!! I hope all of you are having a wonderful fall.

Woo-Hoo!! Congrats on the completions! Feels great, eh?
One year Ry and I put up our Christmas Tree (new 9 foot artificial) the 1st week of Nov. It was silly, and we then felt silly. So - we kept the blinds closed for a month so no one would see it! :O) We were so tired of the thing that year, Ryan took it down on Christmas afternoon. (I was sick - pregnant w/Daniel.) We definitely wait until after turkey day now!
I can't wait to see more pictures!

Great job on all your hard work. I can't wait to see your pictures. I can't wait to have my own place to decorate. I have all my Christmas shopping done, which is not like me at all, but maybe I'll be less stressed over Christmas! I won't decorate until after Thanksgiving either. Have a great holiday next week!
